This includes EPABX, CCTV, Access Control, Biometric Systems, and other related equipment. The candidate will be required to work both physically and remotely to ensure efficient system operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and feasibility.
Interact with clients to understand their security and telecommunication system needs, providing appropriate solutions.
Determine necessary materials and equipment for installations and maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely material procurement, supply, and installation.
Supervise and provide training to the service team for effective execution of tasks.
Collaborate with technical and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Address client queries and resolve technical issues within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) with support from other teams.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and ongoing technical support.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining security surveillance and telecommunication systems.
Strong technical knowledge of EPABX, CCTV, Access Control, and Biometric Systems.
Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate with technical and IT teams.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for onsite installations and maintenance work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
Certification in security surveillance systems or telecommunication technologies is a plus.
Prior experience in a similar role with hands-on experience in hardware and software configurations.
