Air Export Pricing Executive


We are urgently hiring an experienced Air Export Pricing Executive for a leading logistics company based in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of air export operations, pricing strategy, market trends, and rate negotiations with airlines and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Pricing Strategies:
    Create competitive and profitable air export pricing structures in alignment with market demands and company objectives.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    Conduct regular market analysis to evaluate trends, competitor pricing, and service levels to identify pricing opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Rate Negotiation:
    Negotiate best possible rates with airlines, freight forwarders, and service providers to maintain cost efficiency and quality service.

  • Quotation Management:
    Prepare and submit accurate air freight quotations for clients and internal teams within defined turnaround times.

  • Coordination & Communication:
    Work closely with internal departments including sales, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of export shipments and service offerings.

  • Vendor Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with airline representatives and other logistics partners to ensure priority space and competitive pricing.

  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Maintain and update pricing sheets, rate contracts, and prepare regular pricing performance reports for management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable rates.

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Sound knowledge of international air cargo operations and INCOTERMS.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / International Business or related field.

  • Professional certification in freight forwarding or logistics will be an advantage.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
