We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Systems Analyst and Manager-for Tanzania location to lead our IT operations, manage infrastructure, and align technology solutions with business goals. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations, developing innovative solutions, and enhancing organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management Oversee servers, networks, databases, and overall IT infrastructure. Ensure high system availability, performance, and security. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Business Analysis & Technology Alignment Analyze business requirements to identify and implement IT solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to document system needs and specifications. Project Management Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects to ensure timely delivery within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to foster growth and development. Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration and innovation. Vendor & Resource Management Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service procurement. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively. System Performance & Security Monitor and enhance system performance proactively. Address IT-related issues and ensure cybersecurity compliance. Qualification & Skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT management or systems analysis. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and databases. Proficiency in analyzing business needs and implementing technical solutions. Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Leadership and team management experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with IT security and compliance standards. Benefits : Competitive salary of $1,500 USD + 200,000 local allowance per month
