You are being hired to win PEB business and ensure smooth execution. The role is fully accountable from lead generation to order closure, and from project handover through execution support until client satisfaction and payment collection. The expectation is to build a strong sales funnel, close orders at sustainable margins, and stay engaged through detailing, fabrication, erection, and collections—no drop-offs after PO issuance.
Own end-to-end sales responsibility for Pre-Engineered Buildings in Ghana (and nearby markets if assigned).
Generate enquiries through direct client visits, consultants, EPCs, contractors, industrial parks, developers, and institutions.

Deliver techno-commercial presentations to clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Lead negotiations on pricing, margins, payment milestones, delivery schedules, and contractual terms within company guidelines.

Freeze technical parameters (layouts, loading criteria, clear heights, mezzanines, cranes, utilities, etc.).

Review all offers before submission for commercial accuracy, scope clarity, payment terms, delivery schedules, and erection responsibilities.
Respond to client/consultant technical queries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
Ensure smooth handover post-order to detailing, fabrication, logistics, and erection teams.
Participate in kick-off meetings, project reviews, and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Track key milestones: drawing approvals, dispatch schedules, erection progress, variations, and claims.
Proactively escalate risks such as design changes, site constraints, scope creep, or delayed payments with factual inputs.
Support timely invoicing and collections; remain accountable through project closure.
Map industrial clusters, SEZs, logistics hubs, warehouses, and upcoming developments across Ghana.
Build and maintain a strong database of EPC contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and institutional clients.
Develop relationships with key influencers: structural consultants, architects, PMCs, and project managers.
Track competitor activity including pricing benchmarks, delivery timelines, service quality, and execution strengths.
Maintain an updated CRM / opportunity pipeline covering enquiries, proposals, hot prospects, and confirmed orders.
Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports covering visits, pipeline health, order booking, collections, and market intelligence.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies on documentation, contracts, credit terms, HSE, and compliance.
Extensive local travel across Ghana; occasional international travel within West Africa.
Comfortable working in an emerging-market environment with evolving systems and on-ground problem-solving.
