We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Real Estate Business. Company are a multi-faceted conglomerate engaged in businesses across diverse sectors of industry and trade. Our business activities briefly cover manufacturing of glass bottles for the pharmaceutical industry, installing and serving vending machines in corporates, running business centres, leasing of commercial offices, real estate development, real estate broking, indenting of high machine tools, importing of frozen foods (and in turn selling to leading hotel chains). Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO with a deep understanding of construction operations and civil engineering principles to drive growth and profitability for our existing and future real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RERA compliance, CRM, sales and collections, and tendering processes, with a proven track record in maximizing FSI and redeveloping old housing societies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth objectives and enhance profitability for current and future projects. Lead the executive team in setting and executing the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategy. 2 Construction and Operations Management: Utilize in-depth knowledge of construction operations to oversee and optimize project execution from conception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 3 RERA Compliance: Oversee adherence to RERA regulations and ensure all projects comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Manage and address any compliance issues effectively and promptly. 4 FSI Utilization: Strategically plan and manage the maximum utilization of Floor Space Index (FSI) to optimize the development potential of projects. 5 Redevelopment Projects: Drive the redevelopment of old housing societies, ensuring alignment with community needs and regulatory requirements. Develop and execute strategies for the transformation of aging infrastructure. 6 CRM, Sales, and Collections: Oversee CRM systems to enhance customer relationships, improve sales processes, and manage collections efficiently. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve financial performance. 7 Tendering and Procurement: Manage the tendering process, including evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and selecting contractors. Ensure procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective, maintaining high standards of quality. 8 Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing executive team and staff. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that aligns with company values. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within the real estate or construction industry. In-depth knowledge of construction operations, RERA compliance, and real estate development. Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales and collections management, and tendering processes. Demonstrated experience in maximizing FSI and redeveloping housing societies. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
